IGP Pays d'Herault Pont de Gassac White 2021

40% Chardonnay, 40% Viognier, 20% Sauvignon blanc. 酒色淺金黃色，帶有白色花朵及成熟的鳳梨香氣，與爽快的酸味非常平衡。建議冰涼飲用(不需太冰)，以利酒體釋放出最佳香氣與味道。Semi-golden colour with a nose of white flowers. Attractive palate of ripe pineapple but very well balanced by refreshing acidity. Better served not too cold to get the best out of the aromas and flavours. Great with asparagus soup, scallops, smoked eel and even roast pork.
